Our business readiness services provide administrative coordination, evidence preparation, and QMS consulting. We assist businesses in structuring their documentation. We do not issue underlying certificates, regulatory approvals, or guarantee the outcome of tenders or contracts.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our software development or consulting services, clients must provide accurate information, requisite access to systems, and timely feedback. Delays on the client's side may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Global IT retains intellectual property rights over pre-existing frameworks, codebase components, and educational materials. Custom deliverables developed explicitly for a client transfer upon full payment as defined in project agreements.

5. Third-Party Services

Our digital solutions may utilize third-party hosting, APIs, or infrastructure (e.g., cloud environments, FormSubmit). While we architect robust solutions, we are not liable for outages, changes, or limitations imposed directly by third-party providers.

6. Limitation of Liability & No Guarantee of Outcomes

Global IT develops the tools, software, and readiness systems to support your business, but we do not guarantee specific business growth, revenue generation, or tender acquisition. Our services are provided "as is" and our liability for claims relating to professional services is strictly limited to the fees paid for that specific service.

7. Governing Law

These terms and all commercial interactions with Global IT are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
